Freedom 2 Live Gang Intervention’s (F2LGI) purpose is to change the mindsets of youth who have been negatively impacted by gangs and violence in their community. Our goal is to meet the needs of the youth and to detour them from the lifestyle of gangs and the destruction they cause in our community.

 

Our purpose is to raise awareness of the downfalls of gang life.  Often gangs are glorified as a way to gain a sense of power or strength. This false sense of power leads you to unlawful decisions. These decisions thus lead you towards the judicial system. Freedom 2 Life Gang Intervention conducts seminars, small group discussions, mentoring programs, grants for graduates, food and supplies to low-income homes, and community outreach.

 

Freedom 2 Live has collaborated with Sister Against Gang Violence, the Michael Myvett Foundation, and Greg &  Louise Angel House Foundation.  We are dedicated to supporting and encouraging youth in our community to obtain the best outcome in life and fulfill their dreams.
